I didn't come to functional nutrition through wellness culture. I came through life's twists and turns — and a body that was begging for more.

I spent decades on the corporate ladder. And I stopped feeling well. It wasn't dramatic. It was incremental. The fatigue. The incredible digestive issues that became the new normal.  The mental clarity that used to arrive reliably — and then, one day, didn't.

I did what I had always done when I encountered a problem I couldn't solve: I went looking for the mechanism.

I enrolled in a graduate program in Human Nutrition. I spent years studying the clinical science of metabolic function, gut health, hormonal regulation, and the nervous system's role in all of it. I went into clinical practice and began working with women whose stories sounded exactly like mine.

The women I worked were operating on incomplete information — advice built for a different body, a different age, a different hormonal environment.

They were disciplined, intelligent, health-conscious women who had tried everything that was supposed to work. 

I built Reclaim: The 5-Week Metabolic Method to address the full system. It is the method I built from years of clinical practice, years of academic study, and the lived experience of being the woman I now serve.

It is science-grounded, personalized to your specific metabolic pattern, and designed for a woman who is already doing a great deal — and needs something that integrates into her life rather than demanding more of it.
